The participation in the questionnaire is free of charge.

Just fill in the questionnaire for the corresponding position after which you will be redirected to complete the payment if you want to access the report. The payment can be completed both via a wire transfer or with a credit card.

Yes, the payment is made for each job separately.

15. What is a quorum?

A quorum is the minimum required number of companies that are needed to generate a report for a certain job. If the quorum is present, the survey participants will be able to purchase a report. Otherwise, more companies need to provide the necessary data to reach the quorum.

You may face a situation when you can view the report but when using the filters, it does not show results since the quorum is not met. It is correct because this means that less than the minimum required number of companies that participated in the questionnaire matched your selected criteria. In this case, please, modify your filters to include more companies.

16. How does jobbit protect the confidentiality of salary data?

All parties agree to hold and maintain the questionnaire's content in the strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the jobbit. All of them agree to restrict carefully the access to Confidential Information to employees, contractors, and third parties.

17. Where does the report data come from?

The report is constructed based on the data provided by the companies that have a current employee in the relevant position and take part in the questionnaire.

18. Can I edit my answers to the questionnaire?

You can edit the spelling mistakes or typos in your answers by contacting the admin.
